I had an appointment the audiologist this morning because of problems I have been having with my hearing and tinnitus. She gave me a hearing test and various other tests as part of the consultation. She was kind, sympathetic and spent and an hour with me in total, discussing possible causes an eventually advising me to seek an appointment with an ENT specialist. She did not charge me, as she said it was part of the free consultation. This was excellent service and I would have no hesitation in going back to Pure Hearing
