Thank you Vanessa - that was fast! Every time I have dealings with HearPure I am struct by the efficiency and customer care I receive - Having originally tried to get my new hearing aids at Boots (on special offer!) I was given such a hard sell that I did not want or need that I cancelled my "fitting" appointment and they lost the sale. Coming to you was a revelation. I felt like a human being who was deaf and needed help - not a walking bank account that needed to be emptied fast. Have I just been very lucky or you all like that?

I had been suffering from extremely severe tinnitus for the past 18 months but once the new hearing aids were tuned in to the tinnitus setting they have made a massive positive different to my life. I found the service extremely satisfactory and wouldn't hesitate to recommend

I had been wearing NHS aids for many years which were ugly and made my ears sore. Having seen the offer for the 30 day trial I decided to have a go. I found the Beverley staff very helpful and they gave great advice with regards to upkeep of the hearing aids. My new aids are much more comfortable and my hearing has improved no end. Highly satisfied!.

I used to struggle with my hearing at home and when out and about daily. I am so delighted I went to Hearpure to have my hearing checked out. My new aids are really excellent and have made such a big difference and life seems so much more pleasurable. All I can say is that the whole exercise from the hearing test through to receiving the hearing aid was very smooth and very professional. The audiologist was very understanding and walked me through the entire process with a great deal of professionalism. I was given an extremely long period of time to get used to the equipment and to have minor adjustments made to perfect the hearing aid to achieve the best results possible ... I would have no hesitation in recommending hear pure ... to anyone who has a hearing problem.

Purchasing a pair of hearing aids can be difficult as lack of knowledge leaves us at a disadvantage. Not if you go to Hear Pure. This company is knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and above all friendly. A rare experience these days. Vanessa heads up this company. She is dedicated and determined that you get the very best treatment. That your needs are met and appointments are made to suit you. Paul is the audiologist he is extremely efficient and goes out of his way to ensure you get the very best treatment and the type of hearing aid that best suits your needs, within your price range.
My new hearing aids allow me to stream music directly to them and to make phone calls controlling the calls directly from my aids. Their after care service is incredible, reviews every six months.... And, unlimited phone calls should you experience any problems. Overall this has been a pleasant experience. I would recommend contacting Hear Pure

My hearing loss was making me feel increasingly isolated and I felt no-one understood. But when my new hearing aids were fitted I felt I had got my life back! It has been wonderful to interact again with people and they are so discreet that no-one knows I am wearing them! My social life has become easy again and I am no longer struggling.

Vanessa It is very rarely these days that one can write an email of thanks. I was amazed that I had a ‘phone call from your office yesterday before midday to say my hearing aid had been returned from repair. I only went in last Friday to drop it off – asking your people to request it was back quickly from the repairers. Good morning, I had the pleasure of meeting a member of your staff whilst attending a hospital appointment yesterday. My mother saw the logo on her jacket and asked what it was for. By sheer luck, we learned about your company. Both of my parents require hearing aids, I live away and only come home 3 times per year so doing market research on a field and an area that I’m not familiar with is proving difficult. The lady that we met was so helpful in giving us, mainly me, the information and knowledge that I needed to confidently book my parents in for hearing consultations, reassuring them both the whole time. I am next home in November and will be booking them both in. I might add that the lady was there for her own appointment and really didn’t need to give us her time so freely, I’m so glad she did. I have taken my mum and dad here for over 5 years. And recommended them to so many other people who have equally been as impressed as us at the quality of their services. The service is EXCEPTIONAL. My dad is 91 and now even since my mum has passed away the whole team Vanessa, Cordero and Jessica have been so accommodating in supporting my dad’s needs. And he is a difficult chap to please and I feel so supported by them and they go out of their way to help and make sure we get exactly what we want. I would highly recommend them and can’t thank them enough for all they have done for dad. Nothing is ever too much trouble . A huge 🙏 thank you x

My elderly neighbour visited the Heswall branch last week, she is suffering particularly poor health at the present moment and can often come across as rude and difficult. She returned home from her appointment in a very jovial mood........ I would like to sincerely thank this lady for her compassion, kind heartedness, truly selfless nature and her thoroughly gentle soul, while showing complete professionalism at all times. Being a business owner myself, having staff like this is an absolute dream, I am very jealous!
On a side note, my in-laws both see Jane the audiologist, she just great.
